新时代积极推进乡村治理现代化对夯实党在农村的执政基础、全面推进乡村振兴战略和满足人民群众对美好生活的需要具有十分重要的时代价值。当前,乡村治理现代化中存在部分基层党组织领导核心地位弱化;乡村治理现代化体制机制亟待优化;传统的乡村治理模式不适应新时代乡村治理现代化的要求等多维发展困境。为此,在新时代推进乡村治理现代化应通过加强基层党组织领导力,提升乡村干部治理能力和水平;创造治理主体参与环境,构建多元共治的乡村社会治理体制;推动“三治融合”新体系,重塑乡村社会发展新秩序。
