基于2种建模方式的胫骨数值模型有限元分析

摘要 目的评估皮松质骨结合的全胫骨模型与单纯皮质胫骨模型在有限元分析中的差异。方法基于1名健康青年男性志愿者的胫骨CT数据,通过数字化三维重建技术构建胫骨三维有限元模型,包括全胫骨模型组和皮质骨模型组,采用轴向压缩及轴向扭转工况分别对2组模型进行有限元分析。结果在轴向压缩和轴向扭转2种不同工况载荷下,2组模型的应力分布趋势相近,皮质骨模型组较全胫骨模型组应力峰值有所提高;在轴向位移、扭转角度、轴向刚度、扭转刚度上,2组差异并不显著。结论2种数值模型均可用于胫骨有限元分析,当研究重点放在模型的稳定性时,单纯皮质骨模型使建模工作及计算过程更为简化;在研究重点为结构应力时,若使用简化的胫骨模型则需要考虑其对计算结果的影响。 Objective To evaluate the differences between total tibial model combined with cortico-cancellous bone and simple cortical tibial model in finite element analysis.Methods Based on the tibial CT data of a healthy young male volunteer,a three-dimensional finite element model of the tibia was developed by digital three-dimensional reconstruction technique,including the cortical bone group and the total tibial model group.The finite element analysis of the models in the 2 groups was performed using axial compression and axial torsion,respectively.Results Under 2 different loads of axial compression and axial torsion,the stress distribution trends of the 2 models were similar,and the stress peak value of the cortical bone group was higher than that of the total tibial model group.There were no significant differences in axial displacement,torsion angle,or structural stiffness between the 2 groups.Conclusion Both numeral models can be used in the finite element analysis of tibia.When the research focus was the stability of the model,the simple cortical bone model simplifies the modeling work and calculation process.With the research focus on structural stress,it is necessary to consider its influence on the calculation results,if a simplified tibial model is used.
