童趣引导模式对改善肺炎患儿肺功能与舒适度的效果观察

Effect of child’s interest guidance mode on improving lung function and comfort in children with pneumonia

目的探讨童趣引导模式在改善肺炎患儿负性情绪、依从性中的效果。方法便利选取2020年1月至2021年12月南通市妇幼保键院收治的90例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组予以常规护理模式,研究组在此基础上予以童趣引导护理模式。对比入院次日和出院时2组患儿肺功能、舒适度,并统计2组患儿各项指标恢复时间。结果干预前,2组患儿肺功能相关指标和舒适度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患儿用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、最大呼气流量(PEF)大于对照组(P<0.05),症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05),舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支气管肺炎患儿住院期间采用童趣引导护理模式,可改善肺功能,缩短疾病症状转归时间,提高舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of child’s interest guidance mode on improving the negative emotion and compliance in children with pneumonia.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,90 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Nantong Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were conveniently selected and assigned(1∶1)to study group or control group by random number table method.The control group was received routine cluster care.The study group was received child’s interest guidance nursing on the basis.The lung function and comfort level on the day after admission and at discharge were compared between the 2 groups.The recovery time of all indicators in the 2 groups was recorded.Results There were no significant differences in the indicators related to lung function or the comfort between the 2 groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiration volume in one second 1(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and comfort level in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The time to symptom improvement in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode of child’s interest guidance can improve lung function and shorten recovery time in children with bronchopneumonia during hospitalization,making it worthy of clinical application.
