摘要
天然气含水量过高会导致燃烧效率降低,热值减少,同时易生成水合物阻塞设备及管线,因此天然气脱水是整个产业非常重要的环节。天然气旋流脱水工艺是一种新型纯物理工艺,与传统三甘醇脱水相比,具有清洁环保、能量利用率高、运行安全可靠等优点,该装置应用于国外诸多油气田公司进行天然气脱水作业。通过流场仿真与模拟,对天然气旋流脱水装置的内部压力场性能进行分析,总结出内部压力场的影响因素与分布规律。
High water content in natural gas can lead to a decrease in combustion efficiency,calorific value,and the formation of hydrates that can clog equipment and pipelines.Therefore,natural gas dehydration is a very important aspect of the entire industry.The natural gas cyclone dehydration process is a new type of pure physical process,which has advantages such as clean environmental protection,high energy utilization rate,and safe and reliable operation compared to traditional triethylene glycol dehydration.This device has been applied to many foreign oil and gasfield companies for natural gas dehydration operations.This article analyzes the internal pressurefield performance of the natural gas cyclone dehydration device throughflowfield simulation and simulation,Summarize the influencing factors and distribution patterns of internal pressurefield.
