摘要
主要分析高压聚乙烯装置工艺废气的来源与特性,选择使用“除尘+热分解工艺”处理废气,通过对比常见的四种热分解工艺适用范围、技术优势及投资运行成本等方面,得出蓄热式氧化焚烧炉(RTO)更适用于处理“来源多、气量大、浓度低”的高压聚乙烯装置工艺废气。
This paper mainly analyzes the source and characteristics of the process waste gas of high-pressure polyethylene plant,chooses to use“dust removal+thermal decomposition process”to treat the waste gas,and compares the application scope,technical advantages and investment and operation cost of four common thermal decomposition processes.It is concluded that regenerative oxidation incinerator(RTO)is more suitable for treating the process waste gas of high-pressure polyethylene plant with“multiple sources,large gas volume and low concentration”.
