摘要
基于海洋平台硫化氢泄漏事故发生后的应急撤离方式的选择问题,通过建立海洋平台硫化氢泄漏扩散评估模型对泄漏硫化氢的扩散行为与积聚特点进行预测,结合应急撤离疏散时间模型,应急疏散行为与泄漏硫化氢气体的时空发展轨迹,并考虑舱室硫化氢气体的累积,对作业人员的整个应急疏散过程的硫化氢中毒后果进行研究。研究表明,当泄漏速率较高时应辅以其他安全屏障以降低事故后果;当泄漏速率较低时,应综合考虑泄漏速率与舱室通风设施关断时间选择撤离地点。
Based on the selection of emergency evacuation methods for hydrogen sulfide leakage accidents on offshore platforms,a diffusion evaluation model for hydrogen sulfide leakage on offshore platforms is established to predict the diffusion behavior and accumulation characteristics of leaked hydrogen sulfide.Combined with the emergency evacuation time model,the spatiotemporal development trajectory of emergency evacuation behavior and leaked hydrogen sulfide gas is analyzed,and the accumulation of hydrogen sulfide gas in compartments is considered,Study the consequences of hydrogen sulfide poisoning during the entire emergency evacuation process of operators.Research has shown that when the leakage rate is high,other safety barriers should be added to reduce the consequences of accidents;When the leakage rate is low,the evacuation location should be selected based on a comprehensive consideration of the leakage rate and the shutdown time of the cabin ventilation facilities.
