摘要
为探讨瑜伽锻炼对女大学生身心健康的综合影响,推动高校体育教学内容的多样化,帮助女大学生更好地排解消极情绪,促使其自由全面发展,该文借助文献资料等研究方法,对瑜伽的应用研究进展进行综述。阐述了瑜伽对女大学生情绪调节、抑郁和健康体适能3个方面的影响。结论:瑜伽是提高女大学生情绪稳定性的有效手段之一,可以有效改善女大学生的抑郁情绪和睡眠质量,提高女大学生的健康体适能,有利于其心肺、肌肉和柔韧适能的发展。
In order to explore the comprehensive influence of yoga exercise on the physical and mental health of female college students,promote the diversification of college physical education content,and help female college students better get rid of negative emotions and develop freely and comprehensively,this paper reviews the research progress of the application of yoga with the help of research methods such as literature.It expounds the influence of yoga on the emotional regulation,depression and health-related physical fitness of female college students,and draws conclusions that Yoga is one of the effective means to improve the emotional stability of female college students,which can effectively improve their depression level and sleep quality level,improve their health-related physical fitness,and benefit the development of their cardiopulmonary,musclar and flexible fitness.
