以大学生体质健康测试为导向的深化体育课程改革探讨 被引量:1

摘要 体质健康测试是国家体育工作的重大举措。该文从大学生体质健康测试活动的本元出发,提出测试的信度、效度、区分度和难度的课堂教学现状思考,从建构主义视角进行体质健康测试的行为学分析,得出测试行为特定性以及大学生受试者个体和群体的相似性,还有行为后果不确定性,进而从评价内容的全面性原则、测试项目和指标的合理化原则以及评价记录和档案的系统性原则3个方面厘定体质健康测试行为建构原则。从体教融合、课程思政、以体育人和终身体育4个切入点进行体质健康测试行为建构可行性分析,得出以下结论:体教融合的协同教育是体质健康测试导向体育课堂改革的着眼点,课程思政的协同教育是体质健康测试导向体育课堂改革的切入点,以体育人的协同教育是体质健康测试导向体育课堂改革的基准点,终身体育意识的协同教育是体质健康测试导向体育课堂改革的落脚点。建议:体育课堂的改革应依据建构主义和行为学理论,开展以大学生体质健康测试为导向的协同教育机制。 The physical fitness test is a major initiative in national sports work.This paper starts from the ontogeny of students'physical fitness test activities,puts forward the thinking of the classroom teaching status of the reliability,validity,differentiation and difficulty of the test,conducts the behavioral analysis of physical fitness tests from the perspective of constructivism,obtains the specificity of test behaviors,the similarity between individuals and groups in college students'subjects and the uncertainty of behavioral consequences,and then defines the behavioral constructing principles of physical fitness tests from the overall principle of evaluation content,the rational principle of test items and indexes,and the systematic principle of evaluation records and files.This paper analyzes the feasibility of conducting the behavioral construction of physical fitness tests from the four entry points of the integration of sports education,the curriculum on the ideological and politic dimension,cultivating people through physical education and lifelong sports,and concludes that the synergistic education of the integration of sports and education is the focus point of the sports classroom reform oriented by the physical fitness test,the synergistic education of the curriculum on the ideological and politic dimension is the entry point of the sports classroom reform oriented by the physical fitness test,the synergistic education of cultivating people through physical education is the base point of the sports classroom reform oriented by the physical fitness test and that the synergistic education of lifelong sports awareness is the ending point of the sports classroom reform oriented by the physical fitness test.It is suggested that the idea of reforming the physical education classroom carry out the synergistic education mechanism oriented by college students'physical fitness tests based on constructivism and the behavioral theory.
