船舶疏排水系统的防疫功能设计

摘要 针对船舶疏排水系统应对传染病效果不佳的问题,参考陆上标准和规范,分析疏排水及污水处理系统的风险,提出真空黑水系统、重力灰水系统及污水处理系统的设计方案,给出关键技术和设备的优化方法,细化建造工艺,实船验证表明,采用该设计方案的疏排水系统故障概率降低,气流组织能力提升,管路维护方便,可有效保障船舶防疫安全。 In order to solve the problem of poor response to infectious diseases in the current ship drainage system,referring to onshore standards and specifications,the risks of drainage and sewage treatment systems was analyzed,and a design scheme for vacuum black water system,gravity gray water system and sewage treatment system was proposed.The key technologies and equipment optimization methods were provided,and the construction process was refined.Through simulation and actual ship verification,the probability of failure in the drainage system is reduced,the airflow organization ability is improved,pipeline maintenance is convenient,and the epidemic prevention ability of ship is guaranteed.
