摘要
针对“深海一号”半潜式生产储油平台拖航方案设计及工程实施面临拖航距离远、拖航路径环境恶劣、拖船资源选择少,以及作业风险高等众多技术难题,通过对比分析平台干拖和湿拖方案,重点分析湿拖过程中的拖航路线、平台吃水、湿拖阻力、拖船配置等关键技术问题,通过水池模型试验验证该方案的可行性,顺利实施了“深海一号”平台的长距离湿拖工作。
The towage design plan and implementation of the“Deep Sea No.1”semi-submersible production and storage platform face many technical difficulties such as long towage distance,severe environmental conditions,few tug resource options and high operational risks.After comparing the dry tow method with the wet tow method,the wet tow method was adopted.The main issues and key matters during wet tow,including wet tow to site route,towing draft,wet tow resistance and tug arrangement were analyzed.The feasibility of wet tow plan was verified by the wave basin model test.The long-distance wet towing of the“Deep Sea No.1”platform was successfully implemented.
