有限元分析在肱骨近端骨折中的应用研究进展

摘要 肱骨近端骨折是临床常见骨折,约占全身骨折的5%,多见于骨质疏松的老年人。由于骨折类型复杂,并发症多,常导致内固定物失效,是治疗中的难点。而有限元分析可以通过影像数据建立肱骨近端骨折有限元模型,准确分析肱骨近端骨折生物力学,优化植入物设计,增加内固定的稳定性,从而减少相关并发症,使植入物的设计选择更加个性化。本文总结有限元分析方法在肱骨近端骨折中的应用及研究进展,为优化肱骨近端相关植入物的设计及放置提供参考。 Proximal humerus fracture is a common fracture type,accounting for about 5%of all fractures,and is more common in the elderly with osteoporosis.Because of the characteristics of complex fracture types and frequent complications resulting in failure of internal fixation,its management is a big challenge for trauma surgeons.Finite element(FE)analysis can establish an FE model of proximal humeral fractures by using the image data,analyze the biomechanics of the fractures accurately,optimize the design of the implants,increase the stability of internal fixation,thereby reducing related complications and individualizing the implant design.This review summarizes the application and research progress of FE analysis in proximal humerus fractures,and provides reference for optimizing the design and placement of proximal humerus-related implants.
