布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of acute laryngitis in children

目的分析对小儿急性喉炎患儿使用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的临床疗效。方法本院在2020年9月到2022年9月期间共计收治94例小儿急性喉炎患儿,均纳为研究对象,使用随机抽签方法平均分组,含对比组47例(应用常规治疗)、观察组47例(应用常规治疗+布地奈德雾化吸入治疗),观察比较二者疗效。结果对比组治疗后各项血清炎性因子指标高于观察组,P<0.05;其各项主要症状积分评定结果均在治疗后较观察组更高,P<0.05;其临床总疗效低于观察组,P<0.05。结论使用布地奈德雾化吸入的方式对小儿急性喉炎患儿实施临床治疗,有助于改善其各项临床症状,降低血清炎性因子指标,提升总体疗效,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis.Methods Our hospital in September 2020 to September 2022,total treated 94cases of children with infantile acute laryngitis,both as the research object,using the method of random lottery average packet,including contrast group and control group(routine treatment)47 cases,47 cases of observation group(conventional treatment+budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy),observation curative effect comparison.Results The indexes of serum inflammatory factors in the comparison group after treatment were higher than those in the observation group,P<0.05;After treatment,the scores of main symptoms were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the clinical treatment of children with acute laryngitis is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the serum inflammatory factors,and improve the overall efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
