彩色多普勒超声对诊断颈部淋巴结良恶性的价值

Value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes

目的探究彩色多普勒超声对诊断颈部淋巴结良恶性的价值。方法遴选本院2021年7月~2022年6月期间收治的98例颈部淋巴结良恶性患者作为研究对象,对患者行彩色多普勒超声技术检查与常规超声技术检查,对比分析两种检测方法的诊断符合率、敏感性、特异性及疾病检出结果。结果以最终诊断结果作为金标准,彩色多普勒超声技术检查的诊断符合率(95.92%)较高,常规超声技术检查较低(89.79%),P<0.05;彩色多普勒超声技术检查(98.95%)(66.67%)相较于常规超声技术检查敏感性(96.70%)、特异性均(42.86%)较高,P<0.05;彩色多普勒超声技术检查疾病检出结果相较于常规超声技术检查高,P<0.05。结论常规超声技术与彩色多普勒超声技术均对颈部淋巴结良恶性患者做出良好的诊断,但是在彩色多普勒超声技术在检查颈部淋巴结良恶性患者方面其诊断符合率、敏感性、特异性及疾病检出结果均较高,可为临床医生提供准确、科学、合理的治疗依据,临床价值显著,建议临床不断深入研究与推广。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes.Methods A total of 98 patients with benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound technology and conventional ultrasound technology,and the diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity and disease detection results of the two detection methods were compared and analyzed.Results Taking pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasonography(95.92%)was higher than that of conventional ultrasonography(89.79%),P<0.05.Color Doppler ultrasonography(98.95%)(66.67%)had higher sensitivity(96.70%)and specificity(42.86%)than conventional ultrasonography(P<0.05).The results of color Doppler ultrasonography were higher than those of conventional ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignancy patients of cervical lymph nodes to make good,but the color doppler ultrasound in cervical lymph nodes in patients with benign and malignant diseases diagnosis coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity and detection results were higher,will provide clinicians with accurate,scientific and reasonable treatment,significantly clinical value,It is suggested that clinical research and promotion continue.
