糖皮质激素(吸入)对小儿急性喉炎的治疗效果及对机体免疫功能的影响情况

Effect of inhaled glucocorticoid on acute laryngitis in children and its influence on immune function

目的观察糖皮质激素(吸入)对小儿急性喉炎的治疗效果及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院小儿急性喉炎患儿76例(2020年9月至2021年11月),随机分为地塞米松治疗的对照组(38例)与糖皮质激素治疗的观察组(38例),观察患儿免疫功能、临床症状改善情况、炎性因子、不良反应发生率。结果免疫功能改善方面,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05;临床症状改善方面,观察组各评分低于对照组,P<0.05;炎性因子方面,观察组水平低于对照组,P<0.05;不良反应发生率方面,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论给予小儿急性喉炎患儿糖皮质激素吸入治疗,发挥药物作用的同时充分体现了雾化吸入的优势,提升免疫功能,促进临床症状改善,减轻炎症反应,且不良反应发生率低,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid(inhaled)on acute laryngitis in children and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 76 children with acute laryngitis in our hospital from September 2020 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(38 cases)treated with dexamethasone and the observation group(38 cases)treated with glucocorticoid.The immune function,improvement of clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The improvement of immune function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05;In terms of clinical symptom improvement,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Glucocorticoid inhalation therapy for children with acute laryngitis can fully reflect the advantages of aerosol inhalation while playing the role of drugs,improve immune function,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of reference.
