布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉疗效及对患者鼻腔功能的影响

Efficacy of budesonide combined with nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps and its effect on nasal function

目的分析研究罹患鼻窦炎并鼻息肉治疗工作中予以布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术的应用价值。方法研究时间所在主要范围:2020.10-2022.10,选取本院收治87例鼻窦炎并鼻息肉患者分析,依据治疗方式差异性展开规范分组,记对照组(n=44,予以常规治疗)、观察组(n=43,采取布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术),统计两组各项指标(治疗效果、临床症状评分、鼻腔功能、并发症)展开细致观测并实施对比分析。结果观察组治疗有效率占比高于对照组,P<0.05。干预前鼻腔功能无显著差异,P>0.05;干预后观察组更接近正常范围,P<0.05。观察组临床症状评分测评值低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率占比低于对照组,P<0.05。结论采取布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术并安全有效实施,具有改善临床症状、减少并发症、降低炎性因子水平、提高鼻腔功能的效果,很大程度上提高了鼻窦炎并鼻息肉患者的治疗水平。

Objective To analyze the application value of budesonide combined with nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods Study time Main scope:A total of 87 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital were selected for analysis,and standardized groups were divided according to differences in treatment methods,including control group(n=44,conventional treatment)and observation group(n=43,budesonide combined with nasal endoscopic surgery).Statistical statistics of the two groups of indicators(therapeutic effect,clinical symptom score,nasal function,complications)for detailed observation and comparative analysis.Results The proportion of effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in nasal function before intervention,P>0.05;After intervention,the observation group was closer to the normal range,P<0.05.The clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,P<0.05.Conclusions The combination of budesonide and nasal endoscopic surgery is safe and effective,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce complications,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve nasal function,and to a large extent improve the treatment level of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.
