慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术中选用不同剂量盐酸右美托咪定的麻醉效果分析

The anesthetic effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride on sinusitis nasal polyps

目的研究不同剂量盐酸右美托咪定用于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉(CRSwNP)术中的效果。方法数据取自本院2021年1月-2021年12月收治的84例CRSwNP手术患者,根据“麻醉剂量差异”分参照组(0.3ug/kg右美托咪定)、研讨组(0.6ug/kg右美托咪定)各42例,两组麻醉效果比较。结果入室时比较血流动力学、应激反应及临床指标无差异,两组比较不良反应也无差异,P>0.05;拔管后较参照组,研讨组DBP、SBP、HR及MAP值波动幅度更小;E、NE及Cor值波动幅度更小;Ramsay值更高,VAS、RS值更低,P<0.05(具统计学意义)。结论0.6ug/kg剂量右美托咪定可稳定血流动力学、减轻应激反应,提高镇静镇痛效果、避免躁动发生,安全可靠、值得推崇。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of different doses of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in the operation of sinusitis nasal polyps(CRSWNP).Methods The data were collected from 84 patients who underwent CRSWNP from January to December in our 20212021,according to the difference of anesthetic dose,42 cases were divided into control group(0.3 ug/kg dexmedetomidine)and Observation Group(0.6 ug/kg dexmedetomidine).Results There was no difference in Hemodynamics,stress response and clinical parameters,and no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05,the values of DBP,SBP,HR,MAP,e,NE,Cor,Ramsay,Vas,RS and P&LT;0.05 were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.6 ug kg can stabilize Hemodynamics,relieve stress reaction,improve the effect of sedation and analgesia,and avoid agitation.It is safe and reliable.
