目的评价CT检查在耳鼻喉肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法于2021年1月到2022年5月期间收入高度疑似耳鼻喉肿瘤患者共计70例,病理确诊64例,其中鼻咽部肿瘤59例、喉肿瘤5例;评价CT诊断结果与病理诊断结果的数据差异。结果70例高度疑似耳鼻喉肿瘤病理诊断结果确诊64例,CT扫描诊断检出阳性患者共计60例,占比85.71%;准确率数据为91.43%、灵敏度数据为92.19%、特异度数据为83.33%;病理分型检查结果分析中,病理确诊鼻咽部肿瘤59例、喉肿瘤5例;CT确诊鼻咽部肿瘤55例、喉肿瘤5例,组间数据差异小,调研结果高度统一。结论CT检查技术用于耳鼻喉肿瘤诊断中有较高的应用价值,通过CT扫描诊断,能够有效明确耳鼻喉肿瘤的病理分型诊断,且临床阳性诊断率与病理诊断结果具有高度一致性,有利于病情的准确诊断以及预后干预措施的精准实施,同时诊断方式有无创、高效的特性,有较高的应用价值。

Purpose To evaluate the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of otorhinolaryngeal tumors.Methods From January 2021 to May 2022,a total of 70 patients with highly suspected otorhinolaryngological tumors were recruited,64 of whom were confirmed by pathology,including 59 cases of nasopharyngeal tumors and 5 cases of laryngeal tumors;To evaluate the data difference between CT diagnosis and pathological diagnosis.Results 64 of 70 patients with highly suspected otorhinolaryngeal tumors were confirmed by pathological diagnosis,and 60 patients were diagnosed as positive by CT scanning,accounting for 85.71%;The accuracy data was 91.43%,the sensitivity data was 92.19%,and the specificity data was 83.33%;In the analysis of pathological classification,59 cases of nasopharyngeal tumors and 5 cases of laryngeal tumors were confirmed pathologically;There were 55 cases of nasopharyngeal tumors and 5 cases of laryngeal tumors diagnosed by CT,with little difference between groups,and the survey results were highly unified.Conclusion CT examination technology has a high application value in the diagnosis of otorhinolaryngological tumors.Through CT scanning diagnosis,it can effectively determine the pathological classification of otorhinolaryngological tumors,and the clinical positive diagnosis rate is highly consistent with the pathological diagnosis results,which is conducive to the accurate diagnosis of the disease and the accurate implementation of prognosis intervention measures.At the same time,the diagnostic method has the characteristics of non-invasive and efficient,and has a high application value。
