鼻咽癌放疗后并发症研究进展

Research progress of complications after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

鼻咽癌(NPC)是发生于鼻咽部的恶性肿瘤,其具有显著的地域性及人种选择性,好发于黄种人,在我国南方地区及东南亚地区发病率较高。目前认为EB病毒感染在鼻咽癌发生中占据重要作用。现阶段对于NPC的治疗主要强调以放疗为主的综合性治疗,而且疗效显着,五年生存率近80%。但NPC放疗后并发症多,而且对于不同患者具有一定差异性,目前尚没有针对NPC放疗后并发症治疗的统一方针,本文结合近几年文献针对NPC放疗后并发症的研究进行综述,为NPC放疗后并发症的治疗提供思路。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is a malignant tumor occurring in the nasopharynx.It has a remarkable regionalism and racial selectivity,and it tends to occur in the yellow race,and has a high incidence in the southern region and Southeast Asia.It is believed that Epstein-Barr virus infection plays an important role in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.At present,the treatment of NPC mainly emphasizes the comprehensive treatment of radiotherapy,and the curative effect is remarkable,the five-year survival rate is nearly 80%.However,there are many complications after radiotherapy for NPC,which have certain differences for different patients.At present,there is no unified policy for the treatment of complications after radiotherapy for NPC.This article reviews the research on complications after radiotherapy for NPC in recent years,so as to provide ideas for the treatment of complications after radiotherapy for NPC.
