健康教育运用于鼻息肉手术患者护理中的价值评价

Evaluation of the value of health education in nursing care of patients with nasal polyps

目的评估鼻息肉手术患者实施健康教育的应用价值。方法选取为鼻息肉手术患者数量为88例,患者的住院时间属于2020年1月至2022年7月,分组应用随机数字表法形式,2组均44例,常规护理纳入到对照组之中,健康教育的患者视为观察组,就组间护理前后健康知识掌握分值、生活质量分值、鼻用激素使用事项知晓情况加以比较。结果(1)护理前健康知识掌握分值未可见明显的组间差异性,期间差异性水平较低,P>0.05。观察组的鼻息肉手术患者护理后健康知识掌握分值较之于对照组得以提升,能够明显发现组间具有显著的差异性水平,P<0.05。(2)护理前生活质量分值未可见明显的组间差异性,期间差异性水平较低,P>0.05。观察组的鼻息肉手术患者护理后生理机能、精神状态、心理健康、社会功能分值较之于对照组得以提升,能够明显发现组间具有显著的差异性水平,P<0.05。(3)观察组的鼻息肉手术患者鼻用激素使用药物准备、鼻喷剂使用、药物剂量、使用时长、清洁方法知晓率较之于对照组得以提升,能够明显发现组间具有显著的差异性水平,P<0.05。结论鼻息肉手术患者行健康教育效果确切,能够有效提升患者的健康知识掌握水平及生活质量,患者对于鼻用激素使用方法知晓率较高。

Objective To evaluate the application value of health education for patients undergoing nasal polyp surgery.Methods 88 patients were selected for nasal polyp surgery.The duration of hospitalization was from January 2020 to July 2022.Randomized number table method was used for grouping.44 patients in both groups were included in the control group.The patients receiving health education were regarded as the observation group.The scores of health knowledge mastery,quality of life and awareness of nasal hormone use before and after nursing were compared between the groups.Results(1)There was no significant difference in the score of health knowledge mastery before nursing,and the difference level was low during the period(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the health knowledge mastery score of the patients in the observation group after nursing nasal polyp surgery was improved,and significant differences were found between the groups(P<0.05).(2)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between groups,and the level of difference during nursing was low(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of physiological function,mental state,mental health and social function of the patients in the observation group after nursing care for nasal polyps surgery were improved,and significant differences were found between the groups(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the awareness rates of nasal hormone use preparation,nasal spray use,drug dosage,duration of use and cleaning method in the observation group were improved,and significant differences were found between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education for patients undergoing nasal polyp surgery is accurate,which can effectively improve the level of health knowledge and quality of life of patients.The awareness rate of patients on the use of nasal hormone is high.
