颈部冷敷与低温等离子下扁桃体切除术后出血的相关性研究

Correlation between neck cold compress and bleeding after tonsillectomy under low temperature plasma

目的探讨颈部冷敷与低温等离子下扁桃体切除术后出血的相关性研究。方法选取2021年1月-6月就诊于我院耳鼻喉科需行手术治疗的扁桃体肥大或慢性扁桃体炎的患儿140例,按照患儿用颈部冷敷时的配合程度分为对照组(即配合组)和观察组(即不配合组),观察两组患儿返回病房后6小时内的出血率、出血严重程度,对两组患儿颈部冷敷是否配合及等离子扁桃体切除术后出血进行相关性分析。结果两组术后出血率和严重程度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿术后出血与颈部冷敷无相关性(r=0.038,P=0.652)。结论低温等离子用于扁桃体切除术后给予颈部冷敷在某种程度上可以减轻伤口的出血,但两者并没有相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between cold compress on neck and the bleeding after tonsillectomy under low temperature plasma.Methods 140 children with tonsillar hypertrophy or chronic tonsillitis who need surgical treatment in the otorhinolaryngology department of our hospital from January to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into the control group(i.e.,the cooperation group)and the observation group(i.e.,the non cooperation group)according to the degree of cooperation when the children were cold applied on the neck.The bleeding rate and the severity of bleeding within 6 hours after the children returned to the ward were observed in the two groups,To analyze the correlation between the two groups of children’s neck cold compress and the data after plasma tonsillectomy.Results There was no significant difference in the rate and severity of postoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no correlation between postoperative bleeding and cold compress of neck in the two groups(r=0.038,P=0.652).Conclusion Cold compress on neck after tonsillectomy with the low temperature plasma can reduce wound bleeding to some extent,but there is no correlation between them.
