射频消融术治疗良性甲状腺结节护理观察

Nursing Observation on the Treatment of Benign Thyroid Nodules by Radiofrequency Ablation

目的观察射频消融术治疗良性甲状腺结节阶段开展护理方案的价值。方法于2020年10月到2022年8月期间共计收录30例良性甲状腺结节患者,均分为对照组与干预组,分析护理方案的应用价值。结果干预组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理方案评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组手术指标数据较之对照组有差异(P<0.05);干预组生活质量评分较之对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在射频消融术治疗良性甲状腺结节医疗干预阶段,护理方案的开展,进一步优化了手术疗效,促进术后康复效率提升,优化患者的生理状态,有推广价值。

Objective To observe the value of the nursing program of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods From October 2020 to August 2022,a total of 30 patients with benign thyroid nodules were included,and they were divided into the control group and the intervention group,and the application value of the nursing program was analyzed.Results The compliance of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing program score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the surgical index data of the intervention group was different from that of the control group(P<0.05):the intervention group The quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the medical intervention stage of radiofrequency ablation for benign thyroid nodules,the development of the nursing plan further optimizes the surgical efficacy,promotes the improvement of postoperative rehabilitation effciency,and optimizes the physiological state of patients,which has promotion value.
