中医特色护理在变应性鼻炎中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of TCM characteristic nursing care in allergic rhinitis

目的分析变应性鼻炎护理中引入中医特色护理的效果及影响。方法将80例变应性鼻炎患者以对照组与实验组区分,各40例,对比两组临床疗效、生活质量、症状评分、治疗依从性、负性情绪、知识掌握程度、护理满意度。结果实验组治疗有效率,在情感职能、活力、精神健康、社会功能、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康等维度的生活质量评分,鼻痒、鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕4项症状评分,SAS、SDS评分、治疗依从性、知识掌握评分及护理满意度均优于对照组各项指标数据,P<0.05。结论中医特色护理对于改善变应性鼻炎患者的病情症状,增加患者对疾病相关知识的掌握度,减轻负性情绪,提升患者治疗依从性有显著效果,同时也能够提升患者生活质量,提高患者对于护理的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect and impact of the introduction of TCM special nursing care in allergic rhinitis care.Methods 80 patients with allergic rhinitis were distinguished from the control group and the experimental group,and 40 patients were distinguished,and the clinical efficacy,quality of life,symptom score,treatment adherence,negative emotion,knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group had an effective treatment and was better than the control group’s index data on quality of life in the dimensions of emotional function,vitality,mental health,social function,physiological function,physical function,physical pain,and overall health,four symptom scores of nasal itch,nasal congestion,sneezing,and runny nose,and SAS,SDS score,treatment adherence,knowledge mastery score,and nursing satisfaction in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on improving the symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis,increasing the patient’s mastery of disease-related knowledge,alleviating negative emotions,and improving the patient’s treatment compliance,and can also improve the patient’s quality of life and improve the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing.
