列宁“市场问题”批判与“双循环”新发展格局构建

“市场问题”是俄国民粹派拒斥资本主义的理论基石,也是列宁早期直面资本主义命运的重要论域。列宁借助马克思的社会分工理论、社会产品实现论等,对民粹派提出的以民众贫穷阻碍国内市场、小生产者破产缩小市场为标志的国内“市场问题”与以社会总产品无法在国内实现须有国外市场为内核的国外“市场问题”进行系统批驳,阐述了市场本质、国内外市场地位与“边界”等市场一般规律,丰富和发展了马克思主义市场学说。列宁“市场问题”批判,为新时代“双循环”新发展格局的构建提供了重要的学理支撑和实践遵循。

“Market problem”is the theoretical foundation of Russian populists in rejecting capitalism,and also an important universe of discourse of Lenin confronting the fate of capitalism in his early days.Resorting to Marx's theories of social division of labor and social products' realizing,Lenin systematically criticized the populists' views of the domestic“market problem”which is marked by people's poverty hindering the domestic market and small producers' bankruptcy shrinking the market,and the foreign“market problem”which is centered on the total social products could not be realized at home and there must be foreign markets.He also expounded the general laws of the market such as the nature of the market,the position and “boundary”of the domestic and foreign markets.All of these enrich and develop the Marxist market theory.Lenin's criticism of the“market problem”provides important theoretical support and practice guidelines for the construction of new development paradigm of“dual circulation”in the new era.
