摘要
新形势下,社会竞争加剧,“十四五”发展规划以及高质量发展目标等均对电力企业的发展提出了新要求。电力企业需要对自身的管理策略进行改进,为此从卓越绩效管理角度探讨了新形势下电力企业卓越绩效管理现状及优化策略。对卓越绩效管理的内涵及应用意义、影响因素进行了简要的分析,对新形势下电力企业卓越绩效管理应用现状进行了简要的探讨,并提出了完善绩效评价体系、建立科学的激励机制、加强员工培训等一系列卓越绩效管理策略,以期从绩效管理角度促进电力企业的发展。
In the new situation,the intensification of social competition,the"14th Five Year Plan"development plan,and high-quality development goals have put forward new requirements for the development of power enterprises.Power companies need to improve their management strategies.This article explores the current situation and optimization strategies of excellent performance management in power companies under the new situation from the perspective of excellent performance management.A brief analysis was conducted on the connotation,application significance,and influencing factors of excellent performance management.The current application status of excellent performance management in power enterprises under the new situation was briefly discussed,and a series of excellent performance management strategies were proposed,such as improving the performance evaluation system,establishing scientific incentive mechanisms,and strengthening employee training,in order to promote the development of power enterprises from the perspective of performance management.
