绝缘油在高压电力设备中具有重要作用,维护设备正常运行。水分是影响绝缘油性能的关键因素,可能导致击穿、老化及流变性变化。介绍了不同水分含量检测方法,包括倍频电容法、库仑法、气相色谱法和红外光谱法,它们在精确度、灵敏度、简便性和成本方面各有优劣。倍频电容法和库仑法操作相对简单,气相色谱法具高选择性,红外光谱法快速且非破坏性。选择适合实际需求的方法是关键,以确保绝缘油水分检测的准确性与可行性。
Insulating oil plays an important role in high-voltage power equipment,maintaining the normal operation of the equipment.Moisture is a key factor affecting the performance of insulating oil,which may lead to breakdown,aging,and rheological changes.Different moisture content detection methods were introduced,including frequency doubling capacitance method,Coulomb method,gas chromatography method,and infrared spectroscopy method,each with advantages and disadvantages in accuracy,sensitivity,simplicity,and cost.The frequency doubling capacitance method and Coulomb method are relatively simple to operate,gas chromatography has high selectivity,and infrared spectroscopy is fast and non-destructive.Choosing a method that is suitable for practical needs is crucial to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of insulation oil moisture detection.
