2023年2月22日,欧洲标准委员会发布新版厨具标准EN 12983-1:2023《炊具-在火炉,炉灶或炉架上使用的家用炊具第1部分:一般要求》和EN 12983-2:2023《炊具-在火炉,炉灶或炉架上使用的家用炊具第2部分:陶瓷炊具和玻璃盖的一般要求》,替代原有旧标准EN 12983-1:2000/AC:2008和CEN/TS 12983-2:2005。EN 12983-1新版标准不但整合了原有标准的测试内容,还添加了多处涂层相关的性能测试,并且对不粘涂层和陶瓷厨具在性能上有着更高的要求。本文主要就新版标准增加及差异性的相关要求、试验方法及试验设备作出相关总结和分析。

The European Standards Commission(ESC)has issued two new standards for cook-ware EN 12983-1:2023《Cookware:Domestic cookware for use on top of a stove,cooker or hob Part 1:General requirements》and EN 12983-2:2023《Cookware:Domestic cookware for use on top of a stove,cooker or hob Part 2:General requirements for ceramic cookware and glass lid》on February 22,2023,which replaced old standards EN 12983-1:2000/AC:2008 and CEN/TS 12983-2:2005.The new version of these standards not only integrates the tests of the original standard,but also adds a number of coating-related performance tests,also hold performance of higher requirements in non-stick coating and ceramic cookware.This article summary and analysis new contents and difference of the requirements of new versionof the standard,test methods and test equipment.
