The Logical Path and Theoretical Dilemma of the Theory of Property Ownership in Locke’s Two Treatise of Government

洛克在《政府论》中借由劳动的神圣性推出私有财产权的合法性,将保护私有财产嵌入到有限政府的历史使命中,在西方政治学说史上影响深远。但是,其在财产所有权的论证中,由于限制性原则的设定与货币的引入导致了理论的逻辑割裂与内在冲突,其论证本身也面临着严峻的理论困境。

In his Two Treatise of Government,Locke introduced the legitimacy of private property rights through the sanctity of labor and embedded the protection of private property into the historical mission of limited government,which had a far-reaching impact on the history of W esterm political theory.However,in the argumentation of property ownership in the book,due to the setting of the restrictive principle and the introduction of money,which leads to the logical separation and internal conlict of the theory and the argumentation itself is also faced with serious theoretical diffculties.
