摘要
近年来,独立咖啡馆如雨后春笋般在城市中蔓延开来。咖啡馆空间中发生的变化往往反映出社会观念与社会关系的变动状况。以独立咖啡馆为研究对象,以空间为切入视角,运用田野和深度访谈方法,探究独立咖啡馆中所反映的社会关系与社会观念的变化状况,以及独立咖啡馆空间参与特定社会关系与社会观念构建的机制。研究发现,独立咖啡馆正在逐步担负起“第三空间”的功能,人们对咖啡馆的想象不再与西式、优越、身份相挂钩,反而是通过独立咖啡馆寻求日常、简单的生活体验。城市规划者需要充分认识城市建设和更新过程中空间布局的重要性和商铺的文化属性,要将社区居民的日常文化需求纳入商铺的种类安排和空间布局中。
In recent years,the number of independent coffeehouses has significantly risen.The changes in the space of coffeehouses often reflect the variations in social concepts and social relations.This paper takes the space of independent coffeehouses as the research object,studies from the perspective of space and uses field investigation and in-depth interview methods to explore the changes in social relations and social concepts reflected in independent coffeehouses as well as the mechanism by which the space of independent coffeehouses participates in the construction of those specific social relations and social concepts.The study founds that independent coffeehouses are gradually taking on the function of“third space”and people’s imagination of coffeehouses is no longer linked to Western lifestyle,superiority and identity,but rather seek daily and simple life experience through independent coffeehouses.Urban planners need to fully recognize the importance of spatial layout and cultural attributes of shops in the process of urban construction and renewal and incorporate the daily cultural needs of community residents into the type arrangement and spatial layout of shops.
