摘要
稳就业是民生之本,是民心工程,其中女大学生就业难题长期受到关注。以山西工程技术学院为例,调查分析了省属地方应用型本科院校女大学生就业相关问题。总体上呈现就业心态消极,求职动力不足;因性别受到差异对待;越来越多人参加“考研、考编”;自身的求职素质参差不齐等。其原因在于传统的社会观念与用人单位的刻板印象、学生自身的素质不足及对就业的期望值过高和省属地方型工科类院校自身条件的制约三个方面。对策:(一)学生方面提升自身综合能力;(二)学校方面优化培养方案,拓宽就业渠道;(三)社会方面加强关爱力度,给予全面支持。
Stabilizing employment has a vital bearing on the people’s livelihood and is a project in the public interest,among which the employment problems of female college students have long been concerned.Taking Shanxi Institute of Technology as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the problems relevant to the employment of female college students in provincial local applied undergraduate colleges.On the whole,there is a negative mentality towards employment and a lack of motivation to seek employment;they are treated differently because of gender;more and more students take part in the postgraduate entrance examination and the national civil servant exam;they have uneven job-seeking qualities.The reasons for this lie in three aspects:traditional social concepts and stereotypes of employers;students’insufficient capacity but high expectations for employment;and the constraints of the provincial local engineering colleges.The countermeasures are:(1)to the students,they should improve their comprehensive capacity;(2)to the schools,they should optimize the training programs and broaden employment channels;(3)to the society,it should strengthen care and give full support.
