摘要
作为一种管理思想和手段,学校改进规划(School Development Planning)受到了教育界的广泛关注并应用于各项教育改革之中。伴随着公共教育管理体制改革,加拿大安大略省教育质量和责任办公室(EQAO)发布《学校和董事会改进规划指南》,包含树立意识、聚焦数据、问责沟通、制定文本、后续保障五部分内容,为加国安省中小学改进规划的制定与推行提供了良好范本与指导,展现了安省民主化、个性化、科学化的教育管理体系以及更加公平、自主的教育价值取向。
As a management philosophy and tool,School Development Planning has received widespread attention from the education community and has been applied in various educational reforms.With the reform of the public education management system,the Education Quality and Accountability Office(EQAO)of Ontario,Canada,has released Guide to School and Board Improvement Planning Guidelines,which includes five parts:awareness building,data focus,accountability and communication,texts development,and follow-up guarantees.This provides a good model and guidance for the development and implementation of improvement plans for primary and secondary schools in the province,showcasing the democratization,personalization and scientification of the education management system and a more fair and independent educational value orientation.
