分析中国经济不能陷入纯表象思维、纯经济思维及片面与静态思维,而应坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的立场方法,在世界经济体系演进的长期过程和中国建设社会主义现代化强国的整体过程中认识中国经济的当前方位、未来方向、总体方略与具体方法。改革开放几十年间中国通过经济发展有力推动了现代化国家建设,新时代十年的重大成就则是通过系统的现代化国家建设为经济未来发展构筑了极为巩固的基础、拓展了极为广阔的空间。后疫情时代,中国经济进入以关键三十年为时间设定、以高质量发展为目标设定、以新发展格局为模式设定的大转型阶段,这在中国经济发展史上是前所未有的,其对世界经济体系的意义与影响也是前所未有的。体制、供给、需求和人才等多方面优势是转型成功的重要保证,直面经济竞争、持续扩大开放、不断深化改革是转型期间的恒定性特征,短期企稳蓄势、中期逐步成势、长期前景光明则是不同的阶段性特征。为使光明前景成为现实,中国需处理好两大奇迹、两大格局、两大集团和两大秩序之间的关系,并在党的建设、科技创新、金融图强、广结善缘和维护塑造国家安全方面磨练更高超本领。

This article argues that analyzing China's economy should not fall into purely superficial thinking,purely economic thinking and one-sided and static thinking.Instead,we should adhere to the stance and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and understand the current position,future direction,overall strategy and specific methodology of China's economy in the long-term process of the evolution of the world's economic system and in the overall process of China's construction of a socialist powerful modernized country.During the decades of reform and opening up,China has vigorously promoted the construction of a modernized country through economic development,and the major achievement of the decade of the new era is that it has constructed an extremely consolidated foundation and expanded an extremely broad space for the future development of the economy through the systematic construction of a modernized country.In the post-pandemic era,China's economy has entered a stage of great transformation with the critical thirty years as the timetable,high-quality development as the goal,and the new development pattern as the model.This is unprecedented in the history of China's economic development.The significance and impact on the international economic system are also unprecedented.Advantages in various aspects such as system,supply,demand and talents are important guarantees for the success of transformation.Facing economic competition,continuing to expand opening up,and deepening reforms are constant features during the transformation period.The short-term stabilization and momentum building,the medium-term gradual momentum,and the long-term prospects are bright.In order to make the bright panorama a reality,China needs to manage the relationship between the two major miracles,the two major patterns,the two major groups and the two major orders,and to make efforts in party building,scientific and technological innovation,financial strengthening,making goodwill connections and maintaining and shaping national security.
