协同演化博弈“一市多场”一体化发展

Integrated Development of"Multi-airport"Based on the Co-evolutionary Game

“一市多场”是一个多主体参与的复杂系统,各主体间的利益均衡是实现“一市多场”系统宏观有序发展的关键问题。为厘清省级人民政府、市级人民政府、航空公司企业在“一市多场”系统发展中的影响,在不完全信息对称有限理性假设条件下,基于协同演化博弈理论构建博弈收益矩阵,并运用复制动态方程分析各主体的博弈策略选择,对各主体在博弈过程中的行为决策做出演化分析,并构建系统动力学模型进行数值仿真说明。对研究结果进行分析后得出如下结论:各方主体在“一市多场”发展过程中保持策略一致性才能实现多场一体化发展;各方主体协作产出的期望协同收益值显著影响“一市多场”系统发展演化结果。

“Multi-airport”is a complex system involving multiple subjects and the balance of interests among various subjects is the key issue to achieve the macro-orderly development of the“multi-airport”system.In order to clarify the influence of provincial people's governments,municipal people's governments and airline companies in the development of the“one city multiple markets”system,under the assumption of incomplete information symmetry and bounded rationality,the game income matrix is constructed based on the theory of co-evolutionary game and the game strategy selection of each subject is analyzed by using the replication dynamic equation,and the evolutionary analysis is made on the behavior decision of each subject in the game process.The system dynamics model is built for numerical simulation.After analyzing the research results,the following conclusions can be drawn:Only by maintaining strategic consistency in the development process of“multi-airport”can the integrated development of multiple fields be realized;The expected synergy benefit value of the cooperation output of all parties significantly affects the development and evolution results of the“multi-airport”system.
