区域航空枢纽竞争力评价

On the Competitiveness Evaluation of Regional Aviation Hubs

科学评价区域航空枢纽竞争力是构建现代化国家综合机场体系、优化航线网络布局的重要依据。本文从“运营规模、市场潜力、基础设施、管理效率”四个维度构建评价指标体系,并采用熵权TOPSIS法对我国29个区域航空枢纽进行竞争力定量研究。结果显示,运营规模、市场潜力、基础设施、管理效率对区域航空枢纽竞争力的影响呈现梯次下降,而三级指标中货邮吞吐量、人均GDP、航站楼面积是影响竞争力提升的关键指标。进一步结果显示,29个区域航空枢纽竞争力结果呈现“橄榄型”布局分布,并具有明显的区域不均衡性。最后对区域航空枢纽提高竞争力提出建设性建议。

Building a contemporary national integrated airport system and optimizing the route network layout depend heavily on scientific evaluation of the competitiveness of regional aviation hubs.In order to statistically analyze the competitiveness of 29 regional aviation hubs in China,this research built an evaluation index system from four dimensions:operation scale,market potential,infrastructure,and management efficiency.It also used the entropy TOPSIS approach.The results show that the influence of operational scale,market potential,infrastructure and management efficiency on the competitiveness of regional air hubs decreases in a gradual manner,while cargo and mail throughput,GDP per capita and terminal area are the key indicators for competitiveness improvement among the tertiary indicators.Further results show that the competitiveness of the 29 regional aviation hubs is distributed in an"olive-shaped"layout with obvious regional imbalance.Finally,constructive suggestions are made to improve the competitiveness of regional aviation hubs.
