扩大内需战略下推动“出行即服务”模式提级发展的新思路

A Strategy to Enhance MaaS Model to Meet the Objective of Expanding Domestic Demand

摘要 2022年底疫情防控策略调整,社会活动全面放开引发重大消费需求变化。为更快拉动内需扩张,应抓住城市交通组织模式创新变革的机遇,以促进城市间出行服务高水平统一为切入点,引导实施扩大内需战略。建议加强国家顶层设计,研究搭建全国城市统一的高能级“出行即服务(MaaS)”系统平台,推动形成城市交通领域的全国统一开放运输大市场,促进方便出行、高效出行、智能出行,为扩大内需注入强劲动力。 At the end of 2022,the substantial change of epidemic prevention and control strategy in China and the re-opening of social activities are expected to result in great impact on consumption.To more effectively stimulate domestic demand,there is an opportunity to take advantage of transforming the way to offer urban transportation services and boosting inter-city travel flows by unifying service standards across different cities.It is suggested to strengthen strategic planning at the national level to introduce an innovative MaaS model that could offer the same level of services across different cities.This is expected to help create a unified and open market in the field of urban transportation,which could promote convenient,efficient,and intelligent travel as well as expand domestic demand.
