摘要
铁路应急运输是铁路应急救援体系的重要组成部分。应急资源运输的关键工作则是在灾害事故发生后,根据当前已经掌握的情况进行应急运输有效路径的选择,保证应急救援的资源能够快速、可靠地输送到灾害事故点。本文在分析常用的路径选择方法的基础上,提出铁路应急物资运输的“通行可靠性”概念,将其表达为“区间内实发货物列车数量与图定货物列车数量的比值”,建立基于“通行可靠性”的应急运输路径选择的多目标规划模型,并选择优化后的Dijkstra算法进行路径搜索。结合案例,验证了基于通行可靠性的铁路应急运输多目标优化模型的合理性,对铁路应急运输的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
Railway emergency transportation is an important component of the railway emergency rescue system.The key task of emergency resource transportation is to select an effective path for emergency transportation based on the current situation after a disaster accident occurs,ensuring that emergency rescue resources can be quickly and reliably transported to the disaster accident site.On the basis of analyzing commonly used path selection methods,this article proposes the concept of"passage reliability"for railway emergency material transportation,which is expressed as the ratio of the number of actual freight trains in the interval to the number of designated freight trains in the diagram.A multi-objective programming model for emergency transportation path selection based on"passage reliability"is established,and the optimized Dijkstra algorithm is selected for path search.Finally,combined with a case study,the rationality of the multiobjective optimization model for railway emergency transportation based on traffic reliability was verified,which has certain reference significance for the research of railway emergency transportation.
