基于区块链技术的国际铁路联运电子单证流程仿真

Electronic Document Process Simulation of International Railway Intermodal Transport Based on Blockchain Technology

摘要 随着国际贸易的不断深化和信息技术的高速发展,国际铁路联运各参与方对国际铁路联运发展提出了更高的要求,运输单证的流转方式对整个运输过程起决定性作用。区块链技术因其不可篡改、去信任化、安全透明等特点与国际铁路联运电子单证十分契合。在既有纸质单证的基础上,基于电子单证的流转流程和使用原则,设计基于区块链“一单制”电子单证内容并优化作业流程。以货物发送作业过程为例,分别建立使用既有单证和“一单制”电子单证作业流程的Petri网模型,并利用Exspect软件对模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明基于区块链的“一单制”电子单证在一定程度上能缩短货物运输作业时间,提高运输效率,可为国际铁路联运推进电子化货票及信息化运输提供理论依据。 With the continuous deepening of international trade and the rapid development of information technology,participants in international railway intermodal transport have put forward higher requirements for the development of international railway intermodal transport.The circulation mode of transport documents plays a decisive role in the entire transport process.Blockchain technology is consistent with the electronic document of international railway intermodal transport because of its characteristics such as tamper-proof,distrust,security,and transparency.Based on the existing paper documents,based on the circulation process,and the use principles of electronic documents,the electronic document content based on the blockchain"one document system"is designed and the operation process is optimized.Taking the process of goods delivery as an example,Petri net models using existing documents and"one order"electronic documents are established,and the models are simulated by using Expect software.The simulation results show that the electronic document based on the blockchain can shorten the operation time of cargo transportation,and improve transportation efficiency.Meanwhile,it provides a theoretical basis for international railway intermodal transportation to promote electronic freight tickets and information transportation.
