摘要
分析褪色前10产品,发现异常样品在9个地区的销量占56%,退残占95%。对比发现紫外线导致高退残率。分析了耐光黄变的测试原理,对HG/T 3689—2014中的A法太阳灯法进行阐述,通过试验比较不同的测试方法来提高耐光黄变的重现性。试验证明,试样尺寸为30 mm×30 mm,试样放置位置为距离圆心60 mm,试样放置与圆盘切线方向平行位置测试耐光黄变性能的重现性高。
This paper analyzed the top ten products with fading and finds that abnormal samples account for 56%of sales in 9 regions,while residual products account for 95%.By comparison,it was found that the high residual rate was caused by ultraviolet radiation.The testing principle of light-yellowing resistance was studied as well,and the Amethod sun lamp method in HG/T 3689-2014 was introduced.By comparing different testing methods through experi⁃ments,the reproducibility of light-yellowing resistance was improved.The experiment proves that the sample size is 30 mm×30 mm,the sample placement position is 60 mm away from the center of the circle,and the sample place⁃ment is parallel to the tangent direction of the disk to test the light-yellowing resistance performance with high repro⁃ducibility.
