摘要
教育集团内部运行机制是影响集团化办学成效的关键因素。不同办学模式的教育集团内部运行机制存在着较大差异,结合北京市海淀区集团化办学的实际情况,梳理联盟模式、校区模式、一贯制模式、跨区嫁接模式、科研引领模式、高校联动模式、自主加盟模式、互助共生模式八种集团化办学模式,并分析教育集团内部运行机制各自的突出特色、优势及存在的问题,以此为依据制定相应的完善策略,提升教育集团的办学成效。
The internal operating mechanisms of the education groups is the key factor that affects its effectiveness.Because of their different running modes,education groups have different internal operating mechanisms.The education groups in Haidian District have eight different running modes,including alliance mode,campus mode,one-system mode,scientific research leading mode,cross-district grafting mode,university linkage mode,independent joining mode and mutual aid symbiosis mode.Only by analyzing the key point in the internal operating mechanisms of the education groups can we propose suitable suggestions to improve its effectiveness.
