不同连接方式下PVC空腔隔墙抗震性能研究

摘要 为研究采用不同连接方式PVC空腔隔墙的抗震性能,对3个安装PVC空腔隔墙的钢框架结构和1个单独钢框架结构进行对比拟静力试验。试验结果表明:现浇PVC空腔隔墙的初始刚度和峰值荷载较大,由于墙体与钢框架连接处开裂和角部压溃,其在小位移下刚度退化明显,大位移下的破坏主要表现为墙体内部劈裂和面外鼓曲;采用L型钢连接件的墙体主要耗能形式为螺栓滑移和连接件屈服变形,在刚度、承载力方面对钢框架提升最小,主要破坏形式为节点处水泥砂浆开裂;采用U型和L型钢连接件连接方式相对安全可靠,能使钢框架和墙体在地震作用下更好地协同工作,可根据承载力需求,推荐使用;采用钢筋连接的墙体发生脆性破坏,延性较差,承载力和耗能能力较差,不推荐使用。最后,基于等效斜压杆原理,提出了PVC空腔隔墙的抗侧刚度简化计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。 To explore the seismic performance of PVC cavity partition wall with different connections,three steel frame specimens with PVC cavity partition wall and one steel frame without such wall were designed and tested under quasi-static tests.The test results showed that the initial stiffness and peak load of the cast-in-place PVC cavity partition wall are large.Its stiffness degradation is obvious under small displacement due to the cracking and corner crushing of the wall at the connecting area.The failure mode of the frame under large displacement is internal splitting and out-of-plane expansion of the wall.The main energy consumption forms of the PVC cavity partition wall using L-shaped connectors are bolt slippage and yield deformation of the connectors.This kind of connector has the smallest improvement in stiffness and bearing capacity of the steel frame.Cement mortar cracking at the joint is the main failure mode.The connection mode of U-shaped and L-shaped connectors is relatively safe and reliable,which could make the steel frame and wall panel work better together under the seismic action.It could be recommended to use according to the bearing capacity requirements;walls connected by reinforcement are not recommended because of brittleness failure,poor ductility,ordinary bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity.Based on the principle of equivalent tension and compression bar,a simplified formula for calculating the lateral stiffness of PVC cavity partition wall was proposed,and the accuracy of the calculation results was verified.
