教师关怀实践的三重道德困境

摘要 关怀是教育活动的重要范畴和价值。在关怀实践的过程中,教师面临着三重道德困境,具体表现为关怀情境的脆弱性、关怀关系的多重性与关怀行为的复杂性。究其缘由,在于教师专业伦理知识与实践能力的缺失、教师专业伦理规范的不完善以及学校组织文化的功利性取向。助力教师灵活应对道德困境需丰富教师专业伦理知识,增强教师道德敏感性;完善教师专业伦理规范,引领教师的道德关怀;营造伦理本位的校园文化,提升教师的道德勇气。
