摘要
伊犁钢铁地理环境独特,铁矿石磷含量低,钢材制品对于磷硫控制范围较大,炼钢工序质量控制的难度小。为减少烧结工序熔剂的消耗,作者研究了伊犁钢铁钢渣的特点,分析了钢渣用于烧结工序的可行性,为今后钢渣用于烧结工序提供理论依据。
Ili Iron and Steel has a unique geographical environment with low phosphorus content in iron ore.The range of phosphorus and sulfur control for steel products is large,and the difficulty of quality control in the steelmaking process is small.In order to reduce the consumption of flux in the sintering process,the author studied the characteristics of Ili Steel slag and analyzed the feasibility of using steel slag in the sintering process,providing a theoretical basis for the future use of steel slag in the sintering process.
