摘要
综述了人工智能在临床护理领域的应用现状,涵盖了临床病情监测、基础护理服务以及康复护理与心理支持三个方面,探究人工智能在临床护理领域的应用及伦理困境。提出需要对数据相关伦理问题、患者相关伦理问题、医护相关伦理问题、仪器设备相关问题以及法律法规五个方面进行深入分析。最后总结了人工智能在临床患者应用中的相关伦理治理策略,并从护理人工智能开发者及护理领导者两个角度进行思考,整理出人工智能在临床患者照护中的相关伦理治理框架。
This paper summarizes the current status of the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in clinical nursing,covering three aspects:clinical condition monitoring,basic nursing services,and rehabilitation nursing and psychological support,and explores the application and ethical dilemmas of artificial intelligence in clinical nursing.The authors propose that in-depth analyses should be conducted on five aspects:data-related ethical issues,patient-related ethical issues,healthcare-related ethical issues,instrument and equipment-related issues,and laws and regulations.In conclusion,the authors summarize the ethical governance strategies related to the application of AI in clinical patient care,and think from the perspectives of AI nursing developers and nursing leaders to organize the ethical governance framework related to AI in clinical patient care.
