基于OBE-PBL双维导向的药学服务实务课程教学改革探讨

摘要 药学服务实务是应用性很强的药学专业核心课程,针对目前教学模式侧重理论授课、缺少实践环节、不能满足药学工作需求的现状,将成果导向型教育(outcome-based education,OBE)和问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)相结合,探讨OBE-PBL教学理念的药学服务实务教学改革,形成“一个目标,两种方法”的教学模式;采用查阅文献、案例分析、实践教学等方法,围绕多模式教学方法及多途径、多层次评价体系进行教学验证,以期提高学生解决实际问题的能力,为培养技术型人才奠定基础。 Pharmaceutical care practice is a highly applied core course in the field of pharmacy.The current teaching mode focuses on theoretical teaching and lacks practical learning opportunities,which is difficult to meet the needs of pharmaceutical work.Combining outcome-based education(OBE)with problem-based learning(PBL),this paper discusses the teaching reform of pharmaceutical care practice based on the OBE-PBL teaching philosophy,which forms a“one aim,two methods”teaching model.By using methods such as literature review,case analysis and practical teaching,the teaching reform is carried out around multi-mode teaching methods,multipath and multi-level evaluation system,in order to improve students’ability to solve practical problems and lay a foundation for the cultivation of technical talents.
