摘要
合理优化预制构件的生产调度是降低装配式生产成本的一种方式。在考虑到构件生产资源约束的前提下,建立了装配式预制构件生产调度优化模型,设计了求解该模型的改进离散灰狼优化算法(Improve Grey Wolf Optimization,IGWO)并带入实际案例进行了测试。将改进后的离散灰狼算法、Palmer启发式算法和遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)结果进行了对比,结果表明:改进后的离散灰狼算法优于Palmer法和遗传算法,且在合理安排调度后能够提升预制构件的生产效率。
Reasonable arrangement of production scheduling of prefabricated components can reduce the production cost of prefabricated buildings.Under the precondition of considering the constraint of component production resources,the production scheduling optimization model of prefabricated components is established.Then,an improved discrete Grey Wolf optimization algorithm,IGWO,is designed to solve the model.Finally,it is tested in a real case,and the improved discrete gray Wolf algorithm,heuristic algorithm Palmer method and genetic algorithm are compared.The results show that the improved discrete Grey Wolf algorithm is superior to Palmer method and genetic algorithm,and can improve the production efficiency of prefabricated components after reasonable scheduling.
