顺应论视域下中英能源白皮书话语对比研究

A Comparative Study of Energy White Papers Discourse between China and Britain from the Perspective of Theory of Adaptation

从顺应论视角出发,以2020年中国和英国各自发布的能源白皮书为研究语料,采用语料库和话语分析相结合的研究方法,对比考察两国能源白皮书有关能源转型话语的动态建构。研究发现:中英两国能源白皮书均重视本国的清洁能源发展,主张技术赋能助力能源绿色低碳转型。同时,由于社会文化语境的不同,两国白皮书也呈现出较大差异。中国能源白皮书动态展示中国未来的能源政策及规划,将中国的国家形象建构为全球能源治理的积极参与者和应对全球气候变化危机的积极贡献者;英国能源白皮书静态描绘面向未来的能源发展路线图,将英国的国家形象建构为脱离欧盟后再次引领世界碳减排的先驱者。上述异同是两国政府积极顺应各自所处的物理世界、社交世界和心理世界的结果。

From the perspective of adaptation theory,this paper takes the energy white papers published by China and Britain in 2020 as the research corpus,and adopts the research method of corpus and discourse analysis to compare the dynamic construction of energy transformation discourse in the two countries′energy white papers.It is found that Chinese and British energy white papers both attach importance to the development of clean energy in their own countries,and advocate technology empowerment to help energy transformation.Because of the different social and cultural contexts,the white papers of the two countries also show great differences.China′s white paper dynamically shows China′s future energy policy and planning,and constructs China′s national image as an active participant in global energy governance and an active contributor to the global climate change crisis.Britain′s white paper statically depicts the future-oriented energy development roadmap,and constructs Britain′s national image as a pioneer in leading the world in carbon emission reduction once again after leaving the EU.The above similarities and differences are the result of the governments of the two countries actively adapting to the physical world,social world and psychological world in which they live.
