Optimizing the management of venture capital is a strategic measure to achieve high-quality and healthy development of new energy automobile manufacturing industry.Based on the current situation of venture capital in new energy automobile manufacturing industry,we select a typical late-stage enterprise as the case object,analyze the value-added effect of introducing venture capital based on the logic of causes and effects,and give targeted countermeasures to provide useful reference for new energy automobile enterprises to improve the management of venture capital.
