摘要
基于市面上起重机的结构特点提出一种全新的起重机制动下滑量检测方案,从机械结构、硬件系统和软件系统三方面进行设计,并将检测系统应用于MH型单主梁门式起重机和悬臂葫芦吊进行试验,验证实际检测效果,同时对后续的应用经济性进行分析。
Based on the structural characteristics of commercially available cranes to propose a new crane braking slippage detection program,from the mechanical structure,hardware system and sofware system design,and the detection system is applied to the MH-type single girder gantry cranes and cantilever hoist cranes for testing,to validate the actual detection effect,as well as to analyze the subsequent application of the economy.
