摘要
根据目前2号机组的运行工况,对2台动叶可调式引风机进行变频改造,并对变频器进行了相关的试验,进行了空载、带载以及并列试运。针对试运行过程中发现的电机冷却问题、工/变频切换问题、风机振动喘振问题和调节速度问题,已采取相应措施加以解决。但是,风机并列抢风问题并未找到抢风的原因,在后续的运行过程中,需要重点关注,早日解决。实际应用表明,变频改造后,在低频段内节能效果明显。
The movable vane adjustable fan is widely used in the power plant boiler feed and induced draft fan system,these fans are often large power,the plant electricity rate of the unit is relatively large,is the main energy consumption equipment.With the continuous increase of new energy load,the peak load depth of thermal power units can reach 40%or even 30%,resulting in a large output margin of the fan and poor economy,so two movable vane adjustable induced draught fans were transformed by frequency conversion.This paper describes the problems encountered in the conversion of two movable vane adjustable fans,the adjustment of the fans and the parallel operation of the two fans,as well as the energy-saving effect after the transformation.
