变频软启动系统在空压机大功率电机控制中的应用

Application of Frequency Conversion Soft Start System in the Control of High Power Motor of Air Compressor

以某冶金企业空压机控制系统改造为背景,根据原控制系统的故障情况和启动困难问题,提出变频软启动系统的改造方案。从硬件和软件角度进行分析设计,并将其应用与空压机大功率电机控制中。结果表明,运用变频软启动系统能够提高生产效率,降低生产成本,具有显著的经济性。

Taking the renovation of air compressor control system of a metallurgical enterprise as the background,the renovation programme of variable frequency soft start system is proposed according to the faulty situation of the original control system and the problem of starting difficulty.It is analysed and designed from the perspective of hardware and software,and applied to the control of high-power motor of air compressor.The results show that the use of frequency conversion soft-start system can improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,and has significant economy.
