摘要
为了解决热力供应失衡问题,以某工业企业内部供暖系统为例,从硬件、软件、系统算法及传输平台等角度进行深入分析,提出自动化热力均衡调节系统改造方案。实际应用表明:自动化热力均衡调节系统具有良好的热力调控水平,能够有效缓解热力失调问题,优化办公环境。同时,能够降低循环泵的运行功率,企业每年可节省2.65万元电能费用。
In order to solve the problem of heat supply imbalance,taking the internal heating system of an industrial enterprise as an example,we analyze the hardware,software,system algorithm and transmission platform in depth,and put forward the transformation plan of automated heat equalization adjustment system.Practical application shows that the automated thermal balancing system has a good level of thermal regulation,can effectively alleviate the problem of thermal imbalance and optimize the office environment.At the same time,it can reduce the operating power of circulating pump,and the enterprise can save 26,500 yuan of electricity costs every year.
